Free shipping is available to the contiguous United States (48 states). This offer does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Handling time and delivery

We dispatch orders within two business days. After FedEx receives your package, FedEx 2Day transit is typically two business days. The carrier’s two-day transit starts after dispatch, rather than when you place an order.

Weekends, holidays, destination eligibility, and service exceptions can affect delivery. These are business-day estimates, not a promise that an order will arrive two calendar days after checkout.

Request a return of your EfferSan bottle for any reason within 60 days of delivery—even if opened—for a full refund of the product price. We issue refunds to the original payment method within five business days after receiving your return. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

For a change of mind, you arrange and pay for return postage. If your order arrives damaged or we send an incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange a remedy and cover any required return shipping.
